STUDIO POLICIES
- $25.00 registration fee is due at time of sign-up.
- Additional family members receive a 10% discount on registration
- Registration fee is an annual fee and do not include performance costs
- Tuition is due monthly in full by the 10th of each month after which a $10.00 late fee will be added to tuition
- Tuition will only be prorated at time of sign-up
- There is no extra charge for months that have 5 weeks
- Invoices are sent out only when tuition is late
- Automatic payment is available by CC and is placed on the 1st of each month
- If your tuition is 60 days delinquent, your child will be dropped from class and will have to re register
- There are no refunds or prorated tuition for missed classes only make up classes
- Students have six weeks to use their make
- ups with a class of choice
- SOPA closes for 2 weeks for winter break and 1 week for spring break. Full tuition is due for these months. Months where there is a fifth class throughout the year are considered make-ups for these closures
- Students must have teacher approval to register for intermediate, advanced, and Pointe classes
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform the office if they have added or dropped a class
- Lost and found is located in the Studio B water room and is donated to Goodwill quarterly
